The Upper Montgomery Joint Authority is pleased to announce that a customer account portal is now accessible at www.umja.org under the “Bill Payment” tab. The customer portal will allow customers to view their account balance, consumption, and schedule a payment. Payments by electronic check will have a $1.50 transaction fee. Payments by credit card will have a 3% transaction fee.
