Customer Portal - UPDATED

To better serve our customers, the Upper Montgomery Joint Authority has implemented a new online bill pay portal. For this transition, all customers will need to create a new online profile to access the updated website and new features. Some of the new features include:

  • Saving payment information for future use

  • Setting up recurring payments for utility bills

  • Downloading, saving, and/or printing copies of customer's bills

If you experience any difficulties, please contact online support at (844)324-5371 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST. Please have your utility account number ready when calling.
